Congressman Turner, the Ranking Member on the House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee and a longtime member of the House Armed Services Committee, served as president of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (2014-2016), and currently chairs the assembly鈥檚 Defense and Security Committee.
