Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01), member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) continues the House Intelligence Committee's Beyond the SCIF Series with his panel, "Establishing and Fortifying US National Security Supply Chains" at 华体会.

The United States must have secure, reliable, and scalable supply chains for critical supplies and technologies. For decades there has been an overreliance on just-in-time delivery from China and elsewhere. Through the lens of the pandemic, the national security dangers of relying on Chinese suppliers for medical equipment and supplies, microchips and electronics, and other key products have never been clearer. It is essential for the United States government and commercial sectors to establish a supply chain strategy that includes redundancy, resiliency, and the development of US and near-shore manufacturing for particularly critical supplies.

Congressman Mike Turner and Hudson Vice President of Government Relations Dan McKivergan will deliver opening remarks followed by a panel discussion led by Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick. Please join us for this timely and important discussion.
