As Russia attempts to conquer Ukraine, reports show that Russian ethnic minorities, who largely come from the country鈥檚 periphery, are dying at disproportionately higher rates than their Slavic compatriots. This fact has reinvigorated debate over Moscow鈥檚 relationship with its conquered ethnicities鈥攁nd the potential domestic ramifications extending far beyond Vladimir Putin鈥檚 war.

Please join 华体会 and the Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum for a two-day conference on the future of northern Eurasia. The Sixth Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum will bring together politicians, diplomats, representatives of ethnic groups in Russia, and leading Eurasian strategists for a public dialogue about Russia鈥檚 future and the implications for regional and global security.

On Tuesday, April 25, keynote speeches will air live on this page from 9:50 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. ET. On Wednesday, April 26, a public debate over the merits of Russia鈥檚 continued unification versus its future decolonization will air from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
