Qualcomm, which some have described as one of the most important antitrust cases of the twenty-first century. In a unanimous decision by a three-judge panel, the Ninth Circuit reversed the district court’s ruling that Qualcomm violated antitrust law. The FTC has recently filed a petition for review of the panel decision by the entire Ninth Circuit en banc. This event will explore the substantive and procedural issues in the case.
